On May 25th 2018, the new General Data Protection Regulation ("GDPR") goes into effect. This concerns the entire EU and its purpose is to give citizens increased possibilities to decide over how companies and organisations handles personal information generated when using services or buying products.

This page explains how Formenta AB handles your personal information and what your rights are. The information is primarily aimed to you who:

  • has, in any way, communicated with us via formenta.se, telephone etc.

Delivery of purchased product
We handle personal information to identify you as a customer and to be able to deliver the products you’ve ordered. We also collect information required to handle invoicing and payment of the ordered products.

Communication and support
We might use personal information from past correspondence for the purpose of sharing discounted offers. Your contact details form the basis for invoices, newsletters and special offers.

We never sell your information to third party. We may however share parts of your information with following partners:

Via third party cookies, we share your IP-address with Google to analyse the traffic on this website.

8. How do we protect your personal information?

Through our internet supplier, we use industry standards to store, process and communicate information such as personal data in a trusted and safe way (SSL/TLS, PGP and one-way hash-algorithms).

11. How to object electronic marketing

Formenta AB may use your e-mail address for marketing purposes. If you don’t want us to use your e-mail address for this purpose, you are welcome to contact our Data Protection Officer with your name, address, organisation or personal nr (Sweden only) and we will set a marketing lock on your e-mail address. You can also choose to unsubscribe from the footer in any newsletter you have received from us.
